My power list

My 2020 Powersheets

Today’s post is more of a list than an actual blog post. With everything going on in the world today I feel that it is important to have a go-to list of things you can do that will empower your mind and leave you rested, positive and happy. Whilst these things mean something different for everyone there are things that everyone can gain from reading certain books or following certain social media accounts.

I keep the below list in my notes section on my phone so that when I have a spare 20mins I can look at this and pick something to listen to or read. This is my ultimate power list of things that really make me feel good.

Podcasts:

Jay Shetty - On Purpose (motivational interviews and generally inspiring episodes)
Amy Landino - Detail Therapy
Lindsay Preston - Become an Unstoppable Woman (a really powerful podcast by my favourite life coach)
Michelle Sorro - Fire and Soul (all about positivity and reminding us that we are enough)
Lindsey Mango - Soul CEO (REALLY good mindset related podcast & I've binged like 10 at a time lol)
Gretchen Rubin - Happier with Gretchen Rubin (good for a dose of happiness and alternative thinking)
Amber Lilyestrom - The Amber Lilyestrom show (more entrepreneur and business related)

YouTube channels:

Blogilates - daily free workout videos and over 7 days you can target the whole body.
Jay Shetty - he always posts 3min videos that help you see things differently (he also does videos for each podcast in case you prefer visual to audio)
Amy Landino - AmyTV is a great source for morning routine inspo and everything for productivity hacks

Books:

Panache Desai - You are Enough
Ryan Holiday - The Daily Stoic - a page a day book to really inspire your mind
Gretchen Rubin - Better than Before - best book on habits & productivity I've read in a long time!

Instagram accounts:

Cultivate What Matters - this is Lara Casey's company and creator of the Powersheets goal planner that I use.
PositivelyPresent - good for a colourful dose of happy vibes and some great words of wisdom
Lisaoliveratherapy - great for positive psychology and coaching. Definitely worth following and reading her posts.

Apps

Headspace - good for meditation but also just breathing and having a breather from stress
5 minute journal - good for gratitude and shifting your outlook to what you CAN control in your day

That is my go to list that lifts my mood and creates curiosity and makes me want to go after the life I really want. Let me know if you try any of the above and what you think of them. What are your go-to resources that keep you happy and positive?

Don’t forget to subscribe for good vibes over on the welcome page. Every once in a while I’ll send you quotes and top tips for getting more time back in your day for the things that really matter.
